super 8 wedding photographer In London
Super 8 is a nostalgic motion picture film format with its own beautifully imperfect character — soft grain, organic movement and the unmistakable feeling of old home movies.
Rather than traditional wedding videography, I capture short, candid moments throughout your day on real Super 8 film, creating a little moving time capsule of how your wedding felt, not just how it looked.
Think of it as your wedding memories, in motion.

super 8 FAQ
Is Super 8 the same as wedding videography?
Not really! My Super 8 coverage is more about capturing little moving memories and the feeling of the day rather than documenting everything from beginning to end.
Think short, nostalgic snippets of movement, people and atmosphere rather than traditional wedding videography. Super 8 also doesn't record audio, so if having your vows, speeches and other sounds from the day captured is important to you, I definitely recommend booking a dedicated wedding videographer.
How long does it take to receive our Super 8 film?
Your finished Super 8 film will usually be delivered within 2–3 months. Because it's real analogue film, it first needs to be professionally developed and scanned before I can edit everything together into your final film.
Can you photograph digital, 35mm film and Super 8?
For a full-day wedding, I can work across all three formats, moving between digital, 35mm and Super 8 throughout the day. However, as I can only use one camera at a time, I can't capture every moment in all three formats.
If having a good mix of digital, 35mm and Super 8 is important to you, I highly recommend adding a second photographer. For Micro and Half-Day coverage, a second photographer is required if you'd like all three formats, as there's simply too much happening in a shorter amount of time for me to cover everything properly on my own.
Second photographer coverage starts from £350.
